In late January, researchers from the International Institute for Central Asian Studies visited the A. Donish Institute of History, Archeology and Ethnography, Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan, for a working meeting with their colleagues involved in the Central Asian Archaeological Landscapes project, which has been implemented jointly with the University College London since 2019. The project aims at digitalising the richest archive of the A. Donish Institute of History, Archeology and Ethnography containing the results of work that has been carried out in the region for over 70 years.  

For a week, IICAS representatives were giving advice and training to the participants. For a successful implementation of the project, the A. Donish Institute was granted digitisation equipment, and in return the IICAS received the latest publications by Tajik researchers for its library.
