On April
26, 2023, the representatives of Margulan Institute of Archaeology of the
Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including Director Ongar
Akan as well as Akymbek Yeraly and Utubayev Zhanbolat met with the staff of the
International Institute of Central Asian Studies (IICAS) at the headquarters of
the organization. During the informal conversation, the parties shared their
plans regarding international studies and conferences as well as discussed possible
areas of cooperation. The meeting concluded by the exchange of publications of
the organizations.
