The publication presents the results of complex interdisciplinary studies of the evolutionary development of nature during the Cenozoic, a geological stage that is closely related to the origins of the history of the formation of man as an anthropological type at the northern slopes of High Mountain Asia and the Fergana region in particular.Selungur Cave is located on the western outskirts of Aidarken town in Kadamjay district of Batken region, the Fergana valley, at the foot of Eshme-Too ridge, and is a registered cultural site of the Kyrgyz Republic.Based on the results of research, analysis of file data and publications on plate tectonics, paleontology, biogeography, anthropology, archeology, the chronostratigraphic stages of the history of the evolutionary formation of nature and society in the early anthropogenesis and the preceding geological periods were determined.
